Yes, you work full time and have a great responsibility on your shoulders to provide for the family, but you still need to make time to be present, and spend QUALITY time with your children, and make sure you’re helping mom out amongst all of this!

It isn’t her responsibility to do EVERYTHING

It’s a joint responsibility

Gone of the days where the woman stays home and raises the kids, and all you do is wake up, got to work and go to sleep!

Children need strong father figures in their life šŸ™šŸ¼

They need someone to teach them

How to ride a bike

How to stand up for themselves, and a fair but authoritative figure that treats them with respect and love so that hopefully one day they don’t try and seek that from a partner who isn’t right for them, and treats them wrong

Ask yourself this… If your daughter was dating a man like you, would you be happy?

My client nearly turned the car around

She was wearing a dress for the first time in years šŸ™ŒšŸ¼

Dark colours. Trousers. Playing it safe. That’s what she’d done for as long as she could remember.

But today was different.
She showed up to a christening. In a dress ā˜ŗļø

Her daughter looked at her and laughed:ā€œMum, I’ve never seen your legs beforeā€

Years of hiding.Years of teaching her daughter, without saying a word, that bodies are something to apologise for.

And she broke that pattern. This isn’t about the dress really

It’s about the woman who almost turned the car around but didn’t.

It’s about choosing trust over fear.
It’s about showing up even when everything in you screams ā€œgo home and changeā€

That’s not a clothing win.That’s a trust win šŸ†

Her daughter had never seen her legs.Now she has.

She didn’t just see her mum in a dress. She saw courage. She saw body trust. She learned confidence isn’t something you earn when you’re good enough.

That’s a generational pattern broken. That’s what real change looks like.

I’ve worked with hundreds of women who thought they needed another diet. Another plan. Another reset. Another ā€œI’ll start again Mondayā€

But that’s not what they needed.

What they actually needed?

Boundaries
Boundaries with:
• The voice that told them they’d ā€˜fluffed it’ after one meal
• The all-or-nothing thinking that kept them stuck
• The guilt that followed after every food choice

Because restriction isn’t the answer. Balance is šŸ™‹šŸ¼ā€ā™€ļø

And balance doesn’t come from another quick fix.

It comes from learning how to set boundaries with yourself. With your thoughts. With your behaviours. With the patterns you’ve been repeating for years.

That’s what real change looks like.

Online coaching is the secret to bridging the gap between your behaviours and results šŸ™ŒšŸ»

In person is great for form and demonstrating movements but most people struggle with everything outside of the gym

This is where online coaching is so valuable!
