/ For Dynamic Method Deadlift:
- Work with 50-60% of your 1 Rep Max;
- Move load as fast as you can;
- Keep focus on form;
- Get 8-12 Sets of 1-2 Reps;
/ Give time and watch your deadlift explode!

Today is the first day back in gym after months and months.
Feeling blessed I'm pulling these numbers.
-
10 hour shifts and gyms closing won't stop me man. Just over 2 months back on training at home, having bench, rack, barbell and dumbbells, training twice per week can get you back on track. Still got loads to do on my flexibility but that's where the focus will go now.

For all of you struggling coming back remember bro it takes time and dedication to get there. But I promise you that You will come back. And come back stronger.

If you want to become good at exercise you have to DO the
If you want for big 3 to increase just do the damn big 3. Just approach them differently . Slow fast pause deficit board pin box high low whatever. And remember frequency over intensity.
