Central proudly presents our 8th Annual Christmas Charity Push/Pull…

Our federation World President (& Central’s favourite boss man) Mr Lee Marshall invites you to support a local charity by lifting in our 8th annual charity push pull event💪🏻

Being at the start of the festive period, there’s an amazing atmosphere; fancy dress? Why not?- it’s optional!

Come & show off your Bench & Deadlift skills. Demo your lifts in a more relaxed environment, whether you’re a new or seasoned lifter, EVERYONE is welcome🙌🏻

There will be refreshments available on the day, so wrap up warm & get involved!! ☕️ 🍰

We select a different local charity every year to donate money raised through both entry fees and selling our refreshments which is then personally handed over on the day by Mr Marshall himself🥰

We really need some more sign ups for this comp to go ahead so PLEASE SHARE so we can continue our wonderful tradition & we hope to see you (in your festive fancy dress😉)

A truly phenomenal competition showcasing our teen & junior lifters. What a day🔥

It’s not very often we have the majority of the Central lot together all at once so we had to mark the occasion🤩
