Smile and Bounce your Statistic 😁

Here are a couple of benefits that you probably didn’t know you get from just from simply smiling

Smiling improves your mood and the people around you. By smiling it releases endorphins into your brain which makes you feel gooood 😁 🧠

Believe it or not but smiling and laughing can lower your blood pressure.

By laughing it can lead to an immediate increase in heart rate and oxygen consumption, followed by some relaxation will decreased the heart rate and lower blood pressure.

Type Of Workout Sets

There are so many different workout set style and methods

Below I’m going to break them down for you guys and give them a try

🔵 Giant Set

A giant set iS were you perform 3+
exercises back to back with no rest time in between the exercise.

🟣 Pyramid Set

A pyramid set is the most common without people know their
doIng it.

you start with a lighter weight and gradually you will start to increase the weight then work your way back down to your starting lightweight

🔵 Super Set

A super set iswere you perform 2
exercises back to back right after each other. Having no rest going Straight into the next exercise.
