Easter Camp 26 vibes with Abingdon Eagles Basketball Club

We were expecting it to be very hard and very hard it was. Not only this but the refs also allowed tough defense not calling the fauls that one would expect being called normally. But the team never stepped back. Even after closing the first half 28 - 22 behind, we never doubted ourselves for a second and we did a very strong pushback. We knew that the come back should have to be 1 point at a time while stopping them on defense. This is better understood when the final score is considered: we allowed only 12 points in the second half which is 6 points per quarter! That's how good our defense was in such a tough game which brought us the game.

I cannot be more proud with my players. But this is half the story, we have some more words to speak and the journey continues.

I am confident this team will reach the ybl finals. Special thanks to our club and the parents for their unwavering support.
