π Mental Health Awareness Week π
This week is a reminder that mental health matters just as much as physical health.
At work, at home, and in our communities, itβs important to take time to check in with ourselves and with each other. A simple conversation, a moment of understanding, or asking βare you okay?β can make a real difference.
Letβs continue to break the stigma, support one another, and create a culture where itβs okay not to be okay.
You are not alone. Help is always available, and speaking up is a sign of strength.
