Shakira is a TV presenter, women’s health expert, athlete and author of The StrongLikeMum Method, specialising in postnatal exercise and menopause health. She is also the founder of the StrongLikeMum community and a familiar face across the BBC, ITV, Channel 4 and Channel 5.

Join us after the show closes on Saturday for our special 10-year celebration Drinks Party, featuring a live DJ, entertainment and a game show with some familiar guest speakers.
