What a fantastic turnout! We were thrilled to welcome 20 eager sailors to our recent ILCA & Youth Coaching Day, led by none other than world-renowned sailor and coach, Jon Emmett Sailing.

The energy on and off the water was fantastic as our youth and ILCA fleets came together for a day packed with high-level training, skill-building, and plenty of laughs.

With Jons extensive Olympic-level coaching background, sailors received top-tier insights into boat handling, sail trim, and tactical strategy.

Back on shore, Jon walked the group through real-time footage of their sessions, offering invaluable, personalised feedback that our sailors can take straight into their next race.

A massive thank you to Jon Emmett for sharing his incredible expertise, to the volunteers who kept everything running smoothly on the safety boats and shore, and, of course, to the 20 brilliant sailors who brought their A-game.

The future of our youth and ILCA racing looks incredibly bright. Stay tuned to the website for announcements on our next training.

A massive thank you to everyone who came down to our Discover Sailing & Open Day! We had a brilliant turnout, the weather played along, and it was incredible to see so many smiling faces out on the water.

A huge, heartfelt THANK YOU to our amazing team of volunteers. From giving taster sessions to keeping things running smoothly on land, this day wouldn't have been possible without your hard work and energy! πŸ™Œ

It was wonderful meeting so many people from the community, and a very warm welcome to all of our brand-new members who signed up. We can’t wait to see you back on the water soon! πŸŒŠβ›΅οΈ
