Festa Junina ("party of June") is the biggest celebration in Brazil. Yes, I know what you are thinking...
It is indeed bigger and more important than Carnival!

This party is celebrated in all places of the Country by kids that can barely walk yet, until the grand-grand-parents of those kids.

There are typical foods, costumes, songs and dances and you have the chance to participate in all of that!

__Forró dance Workshops:

This year, in addition to the party itself (organized by ), Forró Birmingham will be delivering 3 Forró dance workshops.

2 of them require a special ticket (link in bio)

Agenda and content are:

11am: Advanced level (Kinetics in Forró: how to use your body torsion and momentum for fast spins and turns)

12pm: Intermediate level (musicality: Letting your personal inner genie out)

The 3rd workshop is a beginner's class for those who have never danced before or want to recap on the basics. This will be free to all people that buy the regular ticket for the party.

__Quadrilha

We will also organize the Quadrilha, which is this magical relaxed group dance in which you need zero training to have all the fun. It's a laugh and a life experience! (and it is Free!!!)

Additionally to the adults Quadrilha, will be organising a Quadrilha for the little ones too!

For the tickets including the workshops:

The early bird prices are £10 (limited!!!)
The regular ticket till the day of the event is £25
On the day the ticket is £40, but needs to be purchased online (not selling on the door)
