I had a great time this morning with summer camp doing some Harry Potter and Animal Alphabet yoga! These sessions are free flowing for kids to drop in and out of, those who want to be energetic can do so and those who just want a chill out at the end can join in for some zen. 🧘♀️

Really enjoyed Round the World 🌎 yoga with Year 2 at New Oscott Primary School as part of their Health Week. The children were wonderful! 😍

It's been a very busy half term! Finally getting the chance to post about combining two of my favourite things... yoga and books!
In our nursery sessions we have been doing some Gruffalo yoga. It's so much fun seeing the kids finish the lines for me. Some very impressive terrible teeth and claws!
In breakfast club with KS1 and KS2 the children have been making up their own crazy stories. Anything goes so long as we can do a yoga pose for it!
Looking forward to getting started on next half term.

This week our yoga stars have been Spiderman, Mr Men and Little Misses, Fire Fighters and competitors at the Rainforest Olympics.
Fantastic yoga as always, right down to 2 years old!
You're never too young (or too old) for yoga.

Today we had a great session with the 2-year-olds at Fairytales Nursery - Great Barr.
We went on a dinosaur yoga adventure, plenty of dinosaur stomping and some fantastic scary T-rexes! 🦖 My cuddly triceratops joined us and thought you were all roarsome!

Morning everyone! Apologies for being a bit quiet on here... but I hope you are all happy and well. 🙏
I'm still counting my blessings to be back in schools. Long may it last!
New Oscott parents, I still have spaces in the Year One and Two breakfast club on Fridays. It's a beautiful way to start the day and most importantly we have a lot of fun. You might be able to spot some dinosaurs in the corner of this picture!
