A lovely turn out for SHCs beginner’s course! Lots of smiles all around which we love to see, if you missed out, no worries! We gather at Moseley School Health and Fitness Centre every Tuesday from 7pm until 9pm, first lesson is free so come along and give it a go 💪⚔️
