ALWAYS SOMETHING.

There will be times when life gets in the way of your goals but it doesn't mean you switch off and do nothing. You don't have to be at 100% everyday, not even 50.
1% better each day means you'll be over 37x better in a year.

Are you waiting for the perfect time to start?
There is no perfect time. There never will be.
Starting will often feel like resistance, at least at first. Give it time, resist the urge to press pause. Push through it.
It'll be worth it.

Dehydration is the underlying cause of many chronic “diseases.” Proper intake of water, salt and minerals
can prevent these illnesses and even reverse the damage already done. So-called “modern” medicine stillblames viruses or genetics for most of these degenerative conditions, and the pharmaceutical industry wouldlose billions in profits if people relied on the natural healing properties of water rather than expensive and
toxic drugs.

HORMONES THAT EFFECT FAT LOSS
No. 4 - Cortisol

Cortisol is a hormone produced by the adrenal glands.
It’s known as a “stress hormone” because it’s released when your body senses stress.
Like other hormones, it’s vital to survival. However, chronically elevated levels of cortisol can lead to overeating and fat gain.
However, a strict diet can also raise cortisol.

Eating a balanced diet, managing stress (meditation) and sleeping more can help normalize cortisol production.

Ghrelin is known as a “hunger hormone.”
When your stomach is empty, it releases ghrelin, which sends a message to the hypothalamus telling you to eat. Normally, ghrelin levels are highest before eating and lowest about an hour after you’ve had a meal.
Studies have shown that after overweight people eat a meal, ghrelin only decreases slightly, which can lead to overeating.
Maintaining a stable weight, avoiding long dieting periods, eating more protein and getting more sleep can help optimize ghrelin levels.
