Few adjustments to report:
- Spin with on Mondays 7:15-8pm. Poster / QR code for the WhatsApp group on second photo.
- Additional 5:15pm class Tuesdays 🏋️‍♂️
- Zumba is now off the timetable due to our lovely instructor KT moving away from the area.
- Thurs 7:30am class now removed and we’ve left this slot open for any badminton / table tennis provision before office hours start 👊🏻

BANK HOL ACCESS 🗓️

We will close Friday 28th August 8pm for the bank holiday weekend. From Saturday 29th to Monday 31st August you have access to our nationwide network of commercial gyms.

Morning!

The gym will close at 7pm today for the England game. We are keen to allow all staff members an opportunity to watch the semi final with their families / friends.

Normal gym hours resumed from Thurs (Reece to open up at 6am, we wish him luck 🫡).

As part of the Bournville Festival set up / set down we will be closing the gym on Friday 26th June at 1pm. We will reopen Monday 29th June 6am.

Our Met Con class on Friday 12:05-12:45pm will be on as normal. 🏋🏻‍♀️💪🏻
