Aston Kayak is a white water kayaking club who hold practice sessions in the Woodcock centre swimming pool twice a week (week commencing 20th September 2021) at the following times:
Monday: 7pm- 8:30pm
Wednesday: 7pm - 8:30pm
Saturdays: 4:45pm- 6:15pm
We run 4 trips a year, usually 3 to Wales and 1 to Devon, and after exams we travel to the alps for 10 days of drinking, kayaking and general mayhem

Last month we had our first trip to North Wales, and now we've set off for our second! Sign ups are still welcome for those interested in getting involved, with pool sessions weekly. Drop us a message if you want to know more.

First weekend club trip of 2021 was a success π
π With little rain we did 2 runs of the River Dee, with some swimming along the way of course π π£
π‘ Had a little electricity trouble and ended up having dinner in the dark but it was solved just in time to get heaters back on!
π Looking forward to our 2nd trip planned for the end of next month!
