3 weeks into the 75hard challenge and here are some of my main highlights 😁

A reminder of the daily rules for anyone interested in taking part. Remember, if you miss a day, you have to start over:
Exercise 2x 45mins (at least 1 has to be outside)
Drink 1 gallon/3.8L of water
Take progress photos/videos
Read 10 pages of a non fiction book
Stick to a diet with no snacking
