Rigorous technique work was on the schedule for tonight's ballet classes. Our Dance Studio 22 dancers focused extensively on foundations and technique and everyone showed impressive commitment at the barre and in the centre. Consistency breeds progress! Keep up the hard work dancers!

Even on holiday in Jamaica, our amazing Rhyleii is still working super hard and keeping up with her training against that breathtaking blue sea. I'll admit it, I might be just a little bit jealous of the view 😂, but I am mostly just blown away by her incredible work ethic and passion!
