So this happened today-

Men’s bodybuilding classic fitness 🥇
Pro card status awarded 🏆✅



An awesome day and for those who know me know I expect a lot from myself and want to be my best and achieve the best I can.

So today I can say to myself good effort and a very successful day in the office.

Not only this-
went and matched it, won her class and again earned pro status in this league.
Champ doing champ things as she does!!

A special moment where we got to go on stage together too 🤪

Thanks for all the support it doesn’t go unnoticed 👊🤝

SHOW DAY 1️⃣

First dance for me and 3️⃣ for

No real peaking for this show.

Today we dust of the cobwebs and get back on stage.

For me I feel this is my best look to date, but as always you can’t decide who turns up on the day.

Excited to do this all again with this one by my side

We push each other on the daily so let’s go champ 📈🎯

Real talk- 👇

Sometimes when you’re so hard on yourself, you forget the reality of what you’ve already done and achieved.

People ask me a lot , “How’s prep?” “How do you feel?” “Have you made progress?”

The truth is, I’m doing my best.

I don’t miss a beat. I hit my steps, my meals, my training, my sleep. I show up every single day and control what I can, when I can.

I push myself hard and hold high standards
This is something Ally has always wanted for herself and for us and me.
But sometimes it’s important to stop and recognise the work that’s already been done.

The stage is the stage. And when I step on it, I’ll know I gave everything I had to bring my best. At the end of the day, that’s all I can do.

Let’s keep working 📈

Client

Came to me with a long term goal of competing.

Prep was a big learning curve for Theo someone who has trained for years, as you can see and carries so much muscle mass.

If you swipe right you will see a ridiculous rear double bicep shot!

I changed his training and his diet, to more structure and to manage volume to where he needs more tissue to where not so much.

Diet wise he needed to eat more, and understand more about quality of food and timings etc.

We worked on his posing and he did what I said.

For a first time competitor he looked and acted class.

Proud of you mate 🤝

He came away with 🥉

This isn’t the end of this journey just you wait till he returns the fire is lit 🔥

First time being on the other side of the table, judging the first show of the season for … and what a day, what a show! 🙌

I felt incredibly grateful and absolutely buzzing to be part of it from a different perspective this time. Seeing the level of talent on stage was unreal the calibre of natural bodybuilding just keeps climbing higher and higher every season.

Massive credit to and all the team behind the scenes for the amazing work in making the day run so smoothly. Like you said, the aim is to lead from the front and that definitely showed.

Back down at .coventry and honestly, IMO it’s one of the best gyms in the UK. 💥

If you have been you would agree.

Spent a lot of my offseason over the last 16 months training here and made some of the best progress I’ve ever made. The kit, the atmosphere, the people, the energy… when you’re serious about getting better, this place just hits different.

Deep into prep now, energy low, body feeling it, but sometimes you find another gear. Today was one of those sessions. No excuses just did the job required.

Legs got SENT

Leg extension – 2 working sets, controlled, full ROM• Cybex squat press – 1 straight set (320kg) + 1 paused set (220kg), deeeep range
Leg curl – 2 sets, 10–12 reps, hard contraction every rep• Glute extension – 2 working sets 🍑• DB split lunge – 2 deep sets to finish it off

Prep isn’t always about feeling good. Sometimes it’s about showing up when energy’s low and finding something anyway.

The vibes, the kit… Apollo never misses 🚀

This one meant a lot.

A lot of people see the final product. The photos. The stage shots. The sword. The overall title.

What they don’t see is everything it took to get there.
Wife. Best friend. Client
Watching her step on stage and win a PCA Overall and take home the sword was a moment that’s hard to put into words not because it was unexpected, but because of everything that went into earning it.

People keep asking:
“How?”
“What improvements did she make?”
The answer is simple… but not easy.
Since stepping off stage in 2024, we got to work.
This wasn’t a case of just eating less, training harder, and hoping for the best.

Working hard to bring my best to the stage-

Ultimately bodybuilding is a you vs you battle.

Beat yourself from the last time you stepped on stage.

That’s all you can really control.

Another week getting boxed off ✅

The dig continues 🪏

Still pushing for more fat loss because it’s what’s needed right now.

Some awesome sessions lately had a big push session with when I was down in Bham, then followed it up with legs and push session number 2 this week so far 👍

At this stage the goal is managing fatigue vs performance and muscle retention.
A lot of people think you need crazy amounts of volume to keep muscle while dieting, but the reality is the demand to maintain muscle is far lower than the demand needed to build it.

The key now is keeping intensity high, giving the body a reason to hold onto tissue, whilst managing recovery properly so performance doesn’t completely tank as calories get lower.

Motivated but definitely tired… but there’s still work to be done, so that’s exactly what we’re out here doing 💯
