Hitting 95kg In The Press & 150kg In The Squat .. hitting 105kg In The Press & 130kg Squat - 480kg Total- 🥉 In Event 1 .
Event 2 - 25 Min Time Cap To Complete-
- Part A .. 5Km Run On Curved Treadmill (22:33) 6th
- Part B ..1km SKIerg , 2km Row , 5Km Bike-Erg (19:57)🥈.
(Pairs must compete each block simultaneously during the designated time cap splitting the work as they like)
