Great to have Middle Aged Running Man give a shout out to our very own coach and Team GB runner Barrie Roberts. At 83, he is, indeed, a legend!

It's race week! The Bournville Leafy 10k is only 6 days away! Ahead of the race, here's a preview of the route. Feel free to pass this on to anyone you know who'll be running. (And of course reassure them that the route will be fully marked and marshalled.)

It's the start of the cross-country season, and that means the Midlands XC Relays!
