UCHI Racing Team at the European Hovercraft Championships

The UCHI Racing team had a successful run at this year's European Hovercraft Championships. They secured a podium finish for the third consecutive year, taking 3rd place in the Formula S class. In Formula 2, the team finished in 8th place.

A highlight was the debut of Filip in the Formula Cot class as a new member of the team.

While the team's performance was strong, a better result was hindered by engine issues and damage to the muffler. Despite these setbacks, the team remains optimistic and promises to "come back stronger next year!"

The competition in Whittlebury is behind us. The first round of EHC and the third HCGB - National. My exhaust was damaged in the first F2 start (a senseless contact with one of the opponents - no comment), in the second session on Saturday it already required welding and I had to skip the Open and fly FS just to finish.
Thanks to the courtesy of Team Beale F1, the failure was repaired but only for a few starts.
Despite this, I can be happy, FS - 4th, F2 - 5th (EHC and UK) and some point in Open.

Additionally, I was delighted by the visit of Polish competitors Paweł (F50), his daughter Natalia (FNvice - 3rd) and his 9-year-old son Bartek who will join Filip in training on the C**t hovercraft

Zawody w Whittlebury juz za nami. Pierwasz runda EHC i trzecia HCGB - National. Juz w pierwszym starcie F2 zostal uszkodzony moj wydech (bezsensowny kontakt jednego z oponentow - bez komentarza), w drugiej sesji sobotniej juz wymagal spawania i musialem odposcic Open a FS poleciec tylko by ukonczyc.
Dziki uprzejmosci Team Bale F1 udalo sie awarie naprawic ale tylko na kilka startow.
Pomimo tego moge byc zadowolony, FS - 4ty, F2 - 5ty (EHC and UK) and some point in Open.
Dodatkowo radosci mi dodala wizyta Polskich zawodnikow Pawla (F50) jego córki Natali (FNvice - 3cia) oraz jego 9 letniego syna Bartka który doáczy do Filipa w trenowani na poduszkowcu C**t

The first HCGB Race Meeting at Allerton Park is over, and the season has begun. In the last race of the first day the engine failed (rebuilt the next morning - thanks George and Ricky). On Sunday after a collision with Jamie landing in the trees. An bug in the fuel filter 😆 , more repairs 😜.

A good beginning :)) 😂
