Two races. Two weeks. One mission ❤️
This April I’m taking on the London Landmarks Half Marathon (12th April) & the Manchester Marathon (19th April) as part of Team PureGym, raising money for the incredible British Heart Foundation.
Every mile I run is for the millions affected by heart and circulatory diseases and for the families who rely on the life-saving research this charity makes possible.

Jack has accomplished an impressive personal best, improving his half marathon time by 14 minutes this year. After only 9 weeks of focused running workouts, I can’t wait to see his next achievements!
Here’s what he had to say: I couldn’t recommend HH enough. After starting to work with Harry less than 6 months ago my running and conditioning has gone from strength to strength. I have hit PB’s in multiple distances, with my biggest achievement being taking 14 mins off my previous Half marathon PB. ☀️ Running in the UK heat? Yes, it’s rare… but right now, it’s real! Here are my top 3 survival tips for your runs when the suns out:
1️⃣ Hydrate, Hydrate, Hydrate. Water before, during & after – trust me, your body will thank you (& don’t neglect your electrolytes too!)
2️⃣ Early bird gets the breeze. Run early or late if you can to dodge the midday sun-meltdown.
3️⃣ Don’t sweat the paces. Your body will be working harder in the warmer temperatures. Try to ignore the watch and just run to effort.
🏃♂️💦 Stay cool out there, pavement pounders!
