BIRTHDAY SURPRISE!🎉
On Saturday 29th I became another year older. The weekend was incredible - full of good food, drinks and exploring new places which was all a big surprise from my partner❤️

JUST RELAX❗️
This time of year you get a lottt of PT’s pushing their training regimes, training plans and for you to get moving. Personally, I think you need to do what’s right for you. This time of year is a time to enjoy food, enjoy the company around you and RELAX! Don’t worry about not getting back into that gym before the year is up. If you want to to get a jump start on 2022 then do! But if you’d rather relax at the end of 2021 then do just that. Ignore the pressure of social media and do what you think is right FOR YOU!💪🏻
Now…Let’s get ready for 2022!🤪

🚨SCALES ARE NOT THE ONLY WAY TO MEASURE YOUR PROGRESSION🚨
A lot of people see the scales as the be all and end all of their weight loss journey. But are they?🤨
The answer is NO! If you don’t lose that pound you’ve been chasing that week, don’t worry. There are other forms of measuring your progression and here they are:
1. MEASUREMENTS
2. BEFORE & AFTER PHOTOS
3. DROPPING SIZES IN CLOTHES
These are just three things you can involve in your fitness journey to help you keep motivated and keep on going!✅💪🏻

🚨WINTER WOLF - DONE❗️✅
Well, the final Winter Wolf run is officially over and it’s great to be able to say we’ve completed it! Pushed through and got the job done. Taken away what fitness areas need to be worked on but such a great event. We did it!🚨✅
