Last weekend, Izzy attended the TDCI competition independently, and I couldn’t be prouder of her. As always, you represented Grazia beautifully, conducted yourself with professionalism.

My why has evolved over the last 12 years.

I started Grazia because I loved dance, teaching, and watching children achieve things they never thought possible. I wanted to provide quality training and opportunities while building a better life for my own family.

Over time, I realised I was spending so much time building the business that I was giving less of myself to the people I started it for. I convinced myself that more was always better, but I had the balance wrong.
Life gave me a wake-up call that changed my perspective. I chose to prioritise myself and my family, and it’s one of the best decisions I’ve ever made.

Today, my why is different.

I still care deeply about our dancers and helping them become the best versions of themselves. But I also believe success shouldn’t come at the expense of happiness, wellbeing, or family life.

My goal is to create a dance school where excellence and balance exist together. Where dancers thrive, families enjoy the journey, teachers feel valued, and no one person has to do it all.
I’ve learned not everyone will understand the thought process behind every decision and that’s okay.
I’m incredibly grateful for the team around me, the families who trust us, and the journey we’re building together. 💜

💜Competition debrief last night
It’s always so lovely to take a moment to reflect on the weekend, discuss our performances, and celebrate all the hard work that went into them.
So proud of everything our team achieved and already excited for what’s next! ✨

What an incredible weekend we’ve had. Two amazing days of competition, surrounded by some unreal talent, and Team Grazia absolutely shone.
Of course, the results and achievements were fantastic, but for me, the real highlight was watching our dancers throughout the entire weekend, both on and off the stage. Seeing the friendships, support, excitement, laughter, determination, and pure joy reminded me exactly why we do what we do.
I think it was evident just how much everyone enjoyed themselves, and that is something I’ll treasure forever. If I could bottle up the feeling from this weekend and keep it forever, I absolutely would.
Thank you to every dancer, parent, teacher, and supporter who helped make the weekend so special. So many wonderful memories were made, and I couldn’t be prouder of every single person who represented Grazia.
We had some pretty awesome highlights along the way too, but more than anything, we created memories that will last a lifetime. 💫
I’ll leave this here for now and share a few more special moments over the coming days. For now, I’m just feeling incredibly grateful 💜
