You could be giving up significant distance if you don’t have the grip in the correct part of your hand, as Chris found out ✋

The pad on your lead hand should sit in top of the handle…. But it often doesn’t and sits more to the side

Get the pad on top and you use your wrists much more effectively through the swing, create more leverage and produce more speed, happy days!! 👊

So you can’t technically make the hole bigger🕳️, but you can influence the capture size with the pace on the ball ✅

With more pace you have to be closer to the centre to drop, less pace and you basically have more of the hole to aim at, bigger target 🎯

So, if you have to make a putt, ‘giving it a go’ and hitting it with more pace so as to not leave it short, is pretty poor advice 🙈, you are effectively making the hole smaller.

This is nuanced, the pace that the ball would finish past the hole depends on the speed of the greens, if the putt is uphill or downhill and a few other factors too, so we can’t accurately use a distance past the hole as ‘ideal pace’

But from range, aiming to stop the ball right by the hole is a pretty good tactic 👊

Shorter, more compact and definitely a little less across at the top with the slider and ball 👊

Anyone used or tried any of the TRS products? I was actually pretty impressed with both, but the Slider was the one I felt more comfortable with, and 100% tightened up some parts of my backswing

Still doesn’t look like though 😢
