Just about managed to avoid the rain 🌧️

Still some great training this week, working on intensity and subbing.

All sessions finished with a lovely drink at the spring lane bar🍻

Happy to say that I will be offering some spaces for 1-to-1 Strength and Conditioning coaching🙌🏼

I’ll initially be offering online training plans to provide some guidance and more structure to your training to help achieve your goals, with potential to move to 1-1 in person sessions in the future📈

Last years winners were the Touch Team. Can you beat them this time?

Three of our mini’s and juniors have been chosen to join the World Scouts Jamboree! They are taking part in the Wolf Run to help raise £600 out of the £3500 they need to get them there. Please dig deep and help to send them on this once in a life time adventure.

Erdington Spitfires Touch Rugby — Still Flying in the Heat 🔵⚪️🔵⚪️🌞 ☀️ 🔵⚪️🔵⚪️🔵

The scorching weather and the big red faces didn’t deter Erdington Touch Rugby. The Spitfires were out in force, putting in the hard yards at training.Reports later informed there was plenty of entertainment and great fun — on the pitch and especially in the bar afterwards,🍺🍺🍺🍺 where the refreshments were flowing and the poor barman struggled under the immense pressure💪💪💪
