✨ Dance Professionals: Your Wellbeing Matters ✨

If you’re a dancer, choreographer, or dance teacher living with injury, struggling to find time for your wellbeing, managing anxiety, or feeling burnt out — you’re not alone. In fact, you’re part of the majority.
📉 80% of dance professionals experience injury each year
💬 Half report moderate–severe depression or anxiety
💸 Nearly 4 in 5 have seriously considered leaving the sector due to financial and wellbeing pressures

It doesn’t have to be this way — and we’re here to help break the cycle.

Dance Professionals Fund, One Dance UK, and the National Institute of Dance Medicine and Science (NIDMS) have joined forces with one mission: to put your wellbeing first.

For the first time ever, we’re offering 60 dance professionals completely FREE health and wellbeing support.

At the end of 2024, One Dance UK and NIDMS launched affordable Wellbeing Packages (£25 per year), but we know financial pressures are real — so we’re removing the barriers.

🎁 Successful applicants will receive:
✔️ Free One Dance UK membership (worth £35)
PLUS your choice of one of two fully funded support packages:

Option 1: Dance-Specific Screening (worth £76–£276)

A personalised physical assessment with a dance medicine expert to help you:
• Improve training and performance
• Understand strengths & areas for growth
• Learn tailored injury-prevention strategies
• Access expert training advice
• Avoid long-term injuries
📍 Screening centres in London and Wolverhampton

Option 2: Wellbeing Package (worth £25)

24/7/365 access to:
• Private GP consultations & prescriptions
• Telephone counselling
• Legal advice
• Debt & welfare support
• Crisis intervention
…all confidential, with no waiting lists.

⏳ Apply now — it only takes 5 minutes!
Simply follow the link at the bottom of this page and answer a few eligibility questions about your dance background, income, and preferred support package.

If you’d prefer to complete the process another way, get in touch and we’ll support you.

🗓️ Deadline: 16 November 2025
📩 You’ll hear back by 1 December 2025

Your health matters. Your career matters. And we’re here to help you protect both. 💛
