Shout out to my client umar this guy sent me a message on 30/01/17 telling me he would love for me to train him and that he has never stepped foot in a gym in his life......flash forward to 12/04/17 and he has hit over 4 PB's in one day because he just will not give up and he doesn't do failure, if he can't do something he will work at it until he can,brilliant attitude and this is just the beginning of his fitness journey.
