Anna aims to bring each of these aspects into all of her classes, offering a holistic yoga experience. With six years' experience working in the domestic violence sector, Anna also combines her teachings of Sun Power Yoga with her passion for working with people, and her professional understanding of the effects of trauma and loss. Her teaching is for all, but she has a particular interest in using yoga as a means of bringing about empowerment; combining mind, breath and body work to aid a deeper understanding and acceptance of who we are. Anna has so far offered tailored group or one to one classes to a variety of people and organisations, including Birmingham LGBT, Trans and Gender non-conforming Swimming groups (TAGS), and Crisis Skylight Birmingham.
