For National Mental Health Awareness Week, we’re SO excited to be working alongside the amazing Mama & Mini LTD CIC to offer FREE fitness classes all next week! 🫶
Fitness has played such a huge part my own mental health journey, and now we’re helping other mums feel stronger, more confident, less isolated and part of a supportive community 💪✨

You can bring your little ones WITH YOU 👶🧸
No childcare worries. No pressure. No judgement. Just movement, connection and time for YOU 💚
Because let’s be honest… motherhood can feel a lot sometimes. Life is busy, exhausting and overwhelming, and we know how easy it is to put yourself last.
