From the start it was decided that City Of Birmingham Basketball Club needed to:

■ Provide England Basketball (EB) Qualified Coaches
■ Provide opportunities for boys and girls up to the age of 18 and, as and when possible financially, to provide opportunities beyond the age of 18
■ Enter teams from U12 to U18 in the National England Basketball Leagues

🏀 Rockets are looking for passionate, committed coaches to join our Junior Performance Programme ahead of 2026/27!

Do you have what it takes to impact the next generation of players in Birmingham? If so, we want to hear from you!

We are primarily looking for coaches who would be interested in being involved with our Under 13 Boys, Under 14 Boys & Under 14 Girls National League teams.

Join us and be part of:

• The most established junior programme in the region
• Opportunities to gain unique insight from our extensive player performance pathways
• A supportive coaching environment with opportunities to develop
• Mentorship & CPD including opportunities to benefit from the club’s international network

🤝 Rockets are delighted to confirm the return of Coach Clive Allen as our Women’s First Team Head Coach ahead of the 2026/27 season!

Coach Allen joined Rockets in January 2024 and led our Women’s First Team to a third-place finish last season in WNBL Division Two Pool A, competing at the top end of the table for the majority of the year.
