Last Tuesday we had fun in basic introductory movements and some self-defense tips & tricks at the end of the session and today is the last day of trial week!

Today's training will be taken place as follows:
6.00 pm - 8.00 pm
Curzon building, C463 (Drama studio)

Wear something comfortable & don't forget to bring yourself some water
Join the fun to see what our beloved martial art has to offer!

Hi everyone, sorry for not being so active.
We apologize as this week we are unable to hold a give it a go session unfortunately, due to room bookings.

However, we are going to do the trial session next Tuesday 3 October 2017 at 6pm in Curzon building room C463 (Drama Room)

So wear something comfortable and don't forget to bring some water!

Both coaches have extensive experience of teaching/competing in Silat in their native Indonesia and it is a pleasure in having them come teach at Birmingham City University

Our classes are now up and running on a Monday and Fridays 7pm-9pm so please come and join us
