Getting the basics right, and then killing it!
My opinion on Lance Armstrong after watching the documentary; The Armstrong Lie has completely changed. Sports stars using performance enhancing drugs is a scary prospect, and shatters their 'hero' status for so many of their fans.
The question is if doping agencies can keep up with new developments, and whether we could eventually end up with two separate contests - one with, and one without...

I was recently told I was borderline obese on the BMI scale, and that if I got any heavier it would jeopardise my future in the forces. It infuriates me that government organisations still use this hugely outdated system, at the cost to the genuinely athletic and more muscular members of society.
I feel particularly sorry for those who lack the confidence or knowledge to know that what some 'profesionals' may conclude is actually inaccurate.
Moral of the story - nothing is mroe valuable than knowledge. Your body is a reflection of your mind and your thoughts. Educate yourself, and then create your own path.

I sometimes cannot believe how many people I hear, or see on FB, or how many articles talk about life, and what you spend the majority of it doing as just a means to get by, a means to an end.
