. Why do I offer 12/16/20 week packages ????
Because unfortunately anything short of, simply isn’t enough time to see any substantial changes to your physique, wellbeing, and life.
Anybody can adhere to a plan for a week, a child could do it.
You won’t see ANYBODY achieve a said goal within a shorter time period (starting point dependent), and any coach who says you can get “shredded in 6 weeks” is simply false advertising.
That aside the positive returns and rewards you will acquire from sticking to a 12/16/20 week plan are astronomical, there is no better feeling than setting yourself a goal, giving it your all, seeing it through and CLAIMING that goal, all from your own hard work, effort and consistency.
Stop looking for shortcuts and overnight results….. THEY DO NOT EXIST

Let me give some context on these photos …. 🗯️
COACHING -
Prior to this competitive season (2021) I had coached myself, coached myself for 7 years, doing relatively well as it goes, competed 9 times, winning all my shows, bar my first ever competition (7th place in men’s physique)
Early on I didn’t have the luxury of social media to gain information, mainly bog standard internet reference posts, blogs and even magazines (yes I’m that old)
I’m also a bit of a control freak with my own training, I never liked the thought of relinquishing control to someone else whom may or may not f**k it up…..
That said, I wanted to take things to that next level, with my physique, and also (but more importantly) my knowledge base within this sport.
So I as I made this decision, I thought if I’m going to do this,‘I’m going to hire the worlds best coach (at the time) Patrick tuor from the states, it wasn’t cheap around 2k for 16 weeks I recall, but I knew this was going to be an investment, both short term and long term (for my own coaching abilities with clients)
Long story condensed, I hired Patrick, we done a long 12 month offseason (if you’re looking to compete it’s always best to do an offseason prior to prep), then descended into a prep around March time 2021.
I did 4 shows, won 3, become British champion, and earned a Pro card…….
Appointing a coach, an experienced coach that come with high accolades took me to that NEXT LEVEL, both physically and educationally, I learned things, I was put outside my realm of comfort, and ultimately “grew” because of it.
Too many today don’t see the importance of investing in a coach, future more, when they do hire a coach refuse to follow the plan because they resist or fear change…. Let me tell you this, if you’re tired of not getting the results you desire, BUT continue to do things your way, this is simply the definition of insanity…… Einsteins quote *** not mine.
The best decision you can make in 2025 is hire a professional, EXPERIENCED coach to futher your development.
Anecdotally I can concur it WORKS !!!

To become a professional bodybuilder, or a pro in any chosen discipline, you MUST ……
- Be able to accept BOTH criticism and praise in equal measure, meaning when things are going well, remain humble and not become arrogant, when things not so well, take onboard advice/ criticism and USE IT (especially if it’s from someone who’s “been there and done it”)
- Have the ability to resist from temptation, meaning “saying no” to short term desires, instead for LONG term glory (bodybuilding is a CONSTANT “required sport”)
- Understanding that “Rome wasn’t built in a day”, meaning that to become a professional bodybuilder is a process, and usually looks like this:
- 1️⃣ Regional win
- 2️⃣ Overall win
- 3️⃣ British champion
- 4️⃣ Pro card ……..
……. This usually (in most cases) takes longer than one season to achieve, so knuckle in and play the long game.
- Acting like a Professional Bodybuilder BEFORE YOU ARE ONE !!!!, meaning applying all the “daily do’s” a professional would DO!, Contest prep AND OFFSEASON, the discipline, desire and will to improve shouldn’t expire just because you’ve just stepped off stage. Waking up with that intent to make each day count, each day should be seen as a “brick”, one you are laying on your “wall” … without these daily bricks, your house will NEVER BE FINISHED.
- Imagine you’re going for a promotion at work, you want to almost act like you’re doing the role already, applying all the actions needed to get that title/status, day in day out, ticking all the boxes required to get that higher position, ONLY THEN, will you be considered for that role !
You’ll notice I’ve not mentioned anything regarding food/ training/ supplements, why??? Because if I have to write about the importance of these, and the consistency needed on these facets, then probably you’ll never be a professional bodybuilder, this is basic
