A day full of fun for kids age 5 to 14 yrs including aerial hoop, aerial silks, aerial lollipop, static trapeze, aerial LED sphere, pole, spinning plates, poi, hula hoop, diabolo, acro and lots more 🙂

£25 per child for 5 hours of fun, they will certainly sleep well afterwards.

Parents do not need to stay with the children on this day, unless you want to of course 😘

Don’t forget this week is the Youth Achievement Programme – Assessment Week!🌟

📅 Our first assessment week will take place this week:
18th – 22nd May 2026

During this week, children will be assessed on their progress and have the chance to earn their very first medals during the aerial silks classes! 🏅

If you would like your child to be assessed for a medal, please make sure they are booked into aerial silks classes this week 😉

I honestly couldn’t be prouder of our studio after today’s Flights of Spring Showcase 💖 Once again, you all absolutely blew me away. This was another big showcase across two amazing shows and what a success it was!

The energy from everyone was incredible from start to finish. The atmosphere was so supportive, uplifting and full of good vibes all day long ✨

A huge thank you to every single performer. The hard work, dedication and creativity you’ve all put in truly shone through today. It’s so special seeing students build routines using the skills you’ve been working on in classes and privates each week, and watching your confidence grow.

Thank you to David McKnight for capturing so many photos throughout the day, we can’t wait to see them all.

A very special thank you to Elli for choreographing and creating the youth group performance which was an amazing finale for the family show 🎪

Thank you to all of our instructors for helping students create routines, also all the hard work today setting up, rigging, organising music, refreshments, tickets, raffles, cleaning poles and everything else that goes into making days like this happen. I say it every showcase, but it really is amazing how everyone comes together as a team ❤️

And finally, thank you to everyone who came along to support us, bought tickets, cheered, clapped and created such an amazing atmosphere for the performers. Your support means everything and these showcases simply wouldn’t happen without you 🫶🏻

The next opportunity to play and explore on all our wonderful circus equipment is now on the system ready to book; Sunday 17th May | 3pm – 6pm

Addictive Fitness is proud to be home to a unique collection of aerial apparatus and now’s your chance to explore them all in one unforgettable session! 🤩🌟

For this special open training experience, the studio will be transformed into a magical aerial playground✨. Each aerial bay will feature a different piece of equipment, with even more rolled out onto the X-Stage and some pole stations too 🎪.

Equipment will include:
• Aerial Spiral
• Twisted Lyra Trapeze
• Aerial Harness
• Aerial Chains
• LED Flying Pole
• Spanish Web
• LED Aerial Sphere (on the X-Stage)
• Pole Straps on poles
• Aerial Lollipop
• Poles

This is a non-structured, open training session, designed for you to explore, create, and play at your own pace 🤸‍♂️. An instructor will be available throughout to offer guidance and inspiration if needed — but this time is yours to play and enjoy 💫.

Open to adults (and older youths) who are confident on aerial equipment and able to work independently.

Cost: £30 per person
Duration: 3 hours of circus-inspired fun
