🎪 ADDICTIVE CIRCUS ARTS ACADEMY - FOR ADULTS (& over 12’s)🎪

🗓 Sunday 15th November 2026 | ⏰ 3PM–7PM

It’s been a while and we’re so excited to get back and teach our next Addictive Circus Arts Academy for the adults (and older kids). . .

Join Sofia Adams as she guides you on the amazing AERIAL SPIRAL; twisting, climbing, and flowing with strength and grace, creating mesmerizing sequences on this truly captivating apparatus ❤️

Sofia will also be teaching hypnotic sequences and spins on our TWISTED LYRA TRAPEZES, impressive tricks and transitions on the AERIAL HOOPS and crafting beautiful, glowing combos on the LED AERIAL SPHERE 🌈

When you’re not flying high on the aerial equipment you’ll be spinning and lighting up the space with the LED POI 🤹🏻‍♀️

This circus academy is open to non-students and Addictive Fitness students, suitable for ages 12 through to adults. Please note: you must be able to invert onto aerial equipment from the floor to attend.
