strength 2 strength are putting on a CHRISTMAS CALENDER CHALLENGE.

Super session today squad. Nothing less then the best was displayed today . 3 x 5 minutes 40m hill runs 75/80% speed. 2 x 7 1 minute s2s circuit's back to back. Good weather, good people, good training = GOOD RESULTS.

Good morning, good morning. Last Night's s2s session was incredible. Everyone trained well as we took it out doors. Good people, great team. Stay focused & keep it moving each & everyday.
