A few weeks ago I got a call of Yvonne kay asking me about some boxing sessions ,for general fitness and because she fancied having a go..well,well done Yvonne..it's about what YOU want to do in life and just having a go...the inspiration I get from someone like her just turning round and say Ime going to have a go at that, is unbelievable..what ever it is in life you think that you could have a go at ...do it 🥊.. .... @ Padfit

It was once called the sport of gentlemen because of the respect that was shown before and after the fight,unfortunately in this day and age its turned in to trash talk and lots of cash ... and bringing back to how it should be after a fantastic sparing session today Well done you pair, very proud of you both and to represent and in that way ...
