Challenges & Hurdles.

I’ve just gone back to the Gym after having 3 weeks Off due too Breaking my Ribs .. Probably too soon in All Fairness but I can’t take NOT Challenging myself anymore..

Yes it Hurts & Yes I’m Still Struggling.

But if I gave up because the Hurdle’s are in my way what does this Prove to my Students & Clients …

I took my time btw.

When I see people in All Sports Quit at the 1st Hurdle they come across always makes me think …

Did You want it enough in the 1st Place .. ?

Probably Not.

Hurdles & Challenges are there to set the Bar, it’s up to You on how High You Set it.

Quitting shouldn’t be an Option … You Start something then go through to the end of what you’ve Started.

If Coaches .. Instructors .. Owners … Directors all Quit at the 1st Challenge / Hurdle where would we be ?

So in my eyes as a Parent / Coach / Owner / Instructor and Director Quitting isn’t an Option … Ive thought about it on occasion but when People have relied on us we show our Resilience ..

What I’m really saying is Hurdle what Hurdle.

If you Fall Get Up Go Again and don’t Stop until you get to Your Goal .. Stopping & saying I Can’t shouldn’t be said or done.

As a Good Friend said to me the other week .. go and get a Bottle of Man the F Up.

My Opinion obviously.

Stop Moaning & Get on with it.

Parents Stop NOT Children .. Encourage and Support.
