Adults will be carrying 2 kettlebells up and down the track for one minute, the person with the furthest distance will be the winner!

Juniors will be doing burpee broad jumps up and down for the same time!

The core gauntlet is here to put your core to the test, members will complete 4 core based exercises back to back, the member with the most reps across all 4 exercises will be crowned winner come end of the month! 👑
