Today during our sessions we talked about emotions 🧠💬
We played, moved, and learned to recognise how we feel through games and football. ⚽💛

Each colour, each gesture, and every smile helped us understand that all emotions matter and looking after our minds is just as important as having fun and keeping active. 🌈✨

At Reach For Your Star, we believe that growing happy also means learning to express our feelings.

🌟 MEET THE COACH 🌟

Hi, I’m Rubén de Castro, founder and head coach at Reach For Your Star.
I’ve been working with children and young people since I was 17, combining my passion for sport with education.

Quick facts about me:

🌟Degree in Physical Activity & Sport Science.

🌟Current Spanish & PE teacher in secondary school.

🌟Over 15 years of experience coaching and teaching children from 18 months to 18.

🌟Background in football, volleyball, basketball, swimming & judo.

🌟Worked in schools, academies and sport clubs in the UK and Spain.

🌟Known for being patient, positive and creating fun sessions where every child shines.

🌟My goal is simple: help every child to kick, grow and shine!! on and off the pitch.
