We are OPEN....and super pleased to announce that we are now able to ‘SAFELY’ resume our Martial Arts / TaeKwon-Do training sessions back at the centre, whilst inline with Government Guidelines.
✔️Elite TKD are also officially certified by NAKMAS National Governing Body as being COVID-19 compliant and we are listed on the NAKMAS COVID-19 Compliance Register.

Who’s it for❓
Anyone aged 14 yrs plus can participate, no experience is necessary, and all fitness levels are welcome. The idea is to get fit & improve fitness – you don’t need to be fit to start.
What is Elite Fitness❓
It is a fitness workout based around various martial arts such as TaeKwon-Do, Karate & Kickboxing.
It’s non competitive and non contact. It’s a workout designed to burn fat, tone up, and get fit. The class is relaxed, fun and friendly.
Techniques involve using the whole body including punches, kicks, knees, and elbows.
