The Phraya Pichai Muay Thai Camps International were established in 1979 and were founder members of the British Thai Boxing Council The Chief Instructor came to Birmingham in 1984 and has been teaching Muay Thai at the University since that time without a break. The HQ for the camp is in West Heath and is the hub for over 70 clubs worldwide. The Chief Instructor was also a columnist for the very successful magazine Combat and is the author of the book Ultimate Muay Thai
