‼️ ANNOUNCEMENT ‼️

Better Bodies will be restructuring to go FULLY online coaching and consultation.

Ive been re evalutating over the past few months and have thought deeply about it. Ive come to the conclusion im in the information business!

The methods strategies and knowledge base we possess are information and rely on communication and structured contact. So our services will match this sentiment and we’ll coach from distance.

This increases flexibility and promotes greater structure. So…

The studio will close its doors end of this month. But our coaching services will still be available in the form of consulting and online.

On a personal note, this also aligns with my aims to spend more time with my family.

DONT SET YOURSELF UP FOR FAILURE

Determine realistic expectations with a realistic actionable approach.

Giving yourself 30 days to achieve mammoth results is doable only by a select few.

It comes down to how much control you can demonstrate in life over all aspects of life. How discipline you can be.

This isnt the xfactor ‘this is my last chance to make it’

Most people need a slower plan. Build consistency and then follow the 1% rule. Setting them up for success.

Always aim for progress over perfection and more importantly RECOGNISE progress when it happens.
Dont overshadow it with ‘buts’

Likewise you wont achieve your goals accidentally. They require effort on your part

Keep working hard!

The same goes for the Queen in this regard. Regardless of individual views shes been around up to this point for our whole lives watching over the Country. A grand mother of sorts.

So whilst many businesses close for the day to pay their respects. We’ll be having a class dedicated to our health and fitness as the tribute 💪

Welcome & Thanks for stopping by. Our recently opened Private training facility offers a range of services to help improve body, mind, lifestyle and performance.

Having worked in health and fitness for over a decade i have been proactive in continued learning and making connections all so i can deliver a greater standard of coaching and guidance to local people.

Developing a strong team to really get to the core of helping people. That is why we are an appointment only operation. we take on a limited number of people at once and offer only effective strategies and methods.
