Progress doesnโt have to be made in a gym, it doesnโt also have to be made with all the equipment going.
We all have our preferences on whether we enjoy the 1-1 face to face factor of coaching or the group training which also increases the social aspect and surrounding yourself with like minded individuals.
The main focus is developing your knowledge to be able to maintain a healthier lifestyle long term and not focused on immediate changes which then ruin relationships with training and nutrition.

recent results following the Educate in 8 Program.
Results speak for themselves and Iโve got to take my hat off to her on what she has achieved so far after how hesitant and anxious she was about fitness, mentally and lacking in confidence physically.
Iโm not gonna go on as the pictures say it all.
Total loss: 10.2kg/over 22lbs
