Happy Beltaneπ»/May day βοΈ/Full moon in Scorpio day π¦ for tomorrow!
Life has been BUSY the last few months, and has included some lovely things (lots of 40th bday celebrations π₯³), some stressful things (our cat going missing - it's ok, she's back now π»), and some lovely but stressful things (moving house π¬).
A few updates:
π» I am pausing my Physio Flow Online classes until June. Thank you so much to those who have joined me so far, I really appreciate you and hopefully you have enjoyed the classes so far π It's been a slow uptake, so i'm taking the opportunity to step back and re-group. If you have been wanting to join but early a.m. doesn't work, then let me know any other days/times you could join, as I'm going to be revising the schedule.
π§π½ββοΈ This Saturday 2nd May I will be at the community wellbeing day at Moseley Hive, with .yoga.hannah and . Come say hi! Lots of great things on offer.
π I am teaching as usual tonight and tomorrow morning at Yoga Borne with a special Beltane-themed/Full Moon flow - a few spots still left.
Hope you have a wonderful bank holiday break and enjoy this glorious sunshine!

Here I am on my 40th Birthday last week crossing The Dovedale Stepping Stones - I might look happy but I was actually bricking it about stepping onto that next sloping stone π€£
(Shout out to my husband .resilience for cheering me on and telling me to "get a f***ing grip" π)
Turning 40 has made me super reflective about where i've come from and where i'm going next, and i'm really looking forward to this next decade πΉ
Today is the New Moon in Pisces, which is important for everyone because it is the last New Moon of the astrological year. It's a chance to celebrate endings and beginnings, reflect on what hasn't served you the last year and maybe set some intentions for the year ahead π
So to honour this we will be doing beautiful, calming moon salutations this week π
