IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR SATURDAY - PLEASE READ ASAP

Community Funday Announcement - Saturday 16th July

Thank you to everyone who has been in touch and the unprecedented interest for our community Funday has been fantastic so far. Due to this we have made the decision (due to events licensing for safety & capacity limits) that our fun day will be split into 3 x time slots. We’re doing this so that we can maximise the reach to our community, and we hope that you will support us in this.

To do this we will need people to book ahead, using the link www.bookwhen.com/labpevents for the time slot they would like to attend. You MUST book for every individual, not just children.

The event is still free entry, this will just allow us to ensure we keep everyone’s safety at the forefront of our thinking.

This does mean that it will be first come, first served on the online booking, so please do not wait until the day as there are no plans to allow any walk ins to enter the event.

Slot 1 - 11:30-14:00 - this will be for our Junior club presentation and can only be booked by our club players and their families.

Slot 2 - 14:00-16:00 this is an open community funday for everyone

Slot 3 - 16:00-18:00 this is also an open community funday for everyone

The fun day is being held on the outer site of the leisure centre. Access to Birtley Town FC for the fixture with Dunston Will be via a separate entry point on site to keep the events separate. you do not need to register for the funday to go to the match, in fact, if you just want the ⚽️⚽️ please do not register for funday to allow more space for those that do.

Can we ask that everyone who registers arrives 15 minutes prior to their booking slot where you will be given a wrist band for entry (Birtley Baths style), anyone who is more than 30 minutes late for their slot, we will give their band to other kids on site.

We hope that the above is taken as an important and sensible approach to make sure that everyone has the best and safest possible day. We thank you all for your support as always and look forward to seeing you on Saturday.

IT'S MATCHDAY!!

It's our last game until 2nd December at the very earliest tonight due to the impending lockdown so if you want your football fix, get along later to support the lads. 150 max attendance, first come first served. Clubhouse open for business but will be door service only for spectators.

UP NEXT | We travel to Hall Lane on Saturday to face Willington AFC in league action. A slightly earlier kick off time too so take note if you're planning to come along to support
