Back in the gym… and wow, I needed that. 💪

I've been a little quiet on here lately, but life has been full.

The school holidays have meant lots of precious time being Mum, but behind the scenes I've also been juggling work, family life and welcoming three new clients into my coaching. It's been busy… in the best way.

Something had to give for a little while, and social media took a back seat.
Today was my first proper session back, and I'd forgotten just how good training makes me feel. Not because I was chasing calories or trying to look a certain way, but because it clears my head, lifts my mood and reminds me just how capable my body is.

If your routine has looked a little different over the holidays too, don't be hard on yourself. Life isn't about being perfect—it's about finding balance and coming back when you can.

One workout won't change your life... but it might just remind you why you started.

So if you're spinning lots of plates right now, give yourself a bit of grace. Do what you can, when you can. The school holidays won't last forever, and your health isn't defined by one busy season. 💙
