☀️ Summer Camp Day 5

The final day of adventure and chaos. Unfortunately, we didn't manage to snap many photos.

The older group flew through all the high ropes courses while the younger ones went on a river adventure. All children returned from the river but not all shoes, somehow one trainer decided it wanted more of an adventure down stream 🤣

A huge thank you to everyone that attended our 2026 summer camp. It was a pleasure having everyone and we loved watching the confidence grow and friendships be built.

☀️ Summer Camp Day 4

The week has flown by! Lots of wonderful photos from today.

🪨 The older group spent the full day exploring a local mine. Lots of climbing and soggy feet but everyone had a great time exploring the beautiful world beneath us.

🔥 The younger group spent the day learning life skills and bushcraft. They sharpened their own sticks, toasted caramel apple slices, built their own fire and much more!

🫧 Unfortunately, due to the wind yesterday we had to swap slip and slide to today but it did not disappoint! Lots of laughs and soggy children.

☀️ Summer Camp Day 3

Another busy day here despite the questionable weather.

🏹 We started the day with some archery tag which was a good laugh. We were impressed by some of the power and accuracy from everyone!

🃏 A group made the most of the short lived sunshine to enjoy a large game of Uno outside and some colouring for the younger ones.

🏞For the afternoon, those who had enough energy went on an adventure trek exploring the local area and fossil hunting down by the river.

🖍Those didn't stayed back in the house and helped decorate the windows, paint some little decorations, watch a movie and relax.

🔥 We ended the day with a group campfire toasting marshmallows and getting all gooey!

☀️ Summer Camp Day 2

We woke up to lots of rain so decide to jig around the program for wet activities seeing as everyone would be getting wet regardless.

🔥During bushcraft I was treated to a yummy smiley face piece of homemade bread and blueberry jam. Together they made their own fire, dough and mushed up some berries for the jam.

💦 The older kids got very wet as they explored and local gorge with its mini waterfalls and pools.

🛶 Today was the younger group's turn for some canoeing. They worked together to navigate their canoe round the gorge and 'accidentally' capsized a few times. The girls decides they wanted to be a duck as they paddled the wrong way into the duck area.

🏴‍☠️ Our resident pirate duck left a series of clues to follow in a series treasure chest challenges to find a prize. Lots of teamwork and exploring the grounds for clues. Some were tricky but everyone worked really hard to complete it!

Everyone is definitely a lot more tired today, a more chilled evening watching Moana with a smoother bedtime as everyone crashed out.

🥐Breakfast time 🥣

Most were up at the crack of dawn excited for their first full day! Last night we joked that they get up at 5am for a morning run before breakfast with some of our regulars playing along and agreeing that we do... we didn't need to joke because some were up and full of energy at 5:30am so maybe we will have to start an early morning run 😂

Due to the weather, we've had to jig round the activities so that everyone can have a good time but they're off getting ready to go out and a warm lunch will be waiting for them when they get back.

☀️Summer Camp Day 1

🧗‍♀️One group went for some rock climbing where they showed great teamwork and resilience. It was a little scary for some but everyone pushed themselves to go a little higher than they thought they could with a few flying to the very top!
🛶The other group spent the afternoon on the water paddleboarding, lots of splashes as they fell in but also lots of laughs.

🎥After dinner, everyone has had a good run around for a scavenger hunt competition followed by some hide and seek. There's been snacks, hot chocolates, a movie and some dancing this evening as well so fingers crossed we are all in for a good night's sleep 😴

Ready for summer camp 2026 🥳

Kids have had a lovely morning getting to know each other on the field. They're now filled up with lunch and getting ready for afternoon of activities.
