Starting with the foundations! No matter what your current level is you can always find a benefit in re-visiting the basics.

-Run through target locations, strikes and parries.

-Build up to training line games that improve flow, reading your partner and telegraphing strike

-Finishing with a switch up of training partners to ensure that all these principles can be followed with every member of the group.

👬 Part of what makes our sessions is familiarity, the more you practice with a sparring partner the more you can read their tells and techniques. 👭

⚔ Having a safe and repeatable combat style allows us to keep everybody from combatants to spectators safe whilst performing. 🙌

🤺 But most of all, fighting together is the key, when one person isn't feeling confident the other picks up the slack. When you have a story to tell it takes the partnership to tell it effectively. 🎉
