To receive this message last night really took me back! This optimises what we try our best everyday to do at SBG Bishop Auckland! Create a safe, fun, family friendly gym that can help children and adults in all different ways!

This little boy in particular lost his Grandad last week who he absolutely adored and the gym has been his only break away from that total heartbreak he is going through! He trains in a few different classes within SBG and he is very well loved within this team! As well as his parents and little sister too 🥰

Davey and Sherrie set the standards for what environment they always wanted to create and this shows that we are continuing to deliver that to our students everyday and I’m so proud that we can do that as a team of great coaches!

Thank you for your kind words, I’ll say it again but there’s no team like SBG Bishop Auckland 🥊🦍💙
