A little timetable update from August. 🖤
Due to increased demand for morning classes, our Friday evening Pilates class will move to Monday mornings at 9:30am until further notice.
As we head into winter, we’ll keep reviewing the timetable and may bring Friday evenings back if demand is there.
The exciting part? The Loft team is growing, meaning we’ll soon be introducing two Thursday evening Pilates classes at 5:30pm and 7:00pm, giving you even more opportunities to move with us.

The reason I fell in love with Pilates was never because it made me burn calories.
It was because it changed the way I moved.
I felt stronger. More balanced. Less stiff. More connected to my body.
Those are the things I hope every person who walks into The LOFT gets to experience too.

JULY TIMETABLE UPDATE 🌿
A little timetable change for the month of July:
• Tuesday 14th July class has been moved to Monday 13th July at 9:30am
• No classes on Wednesday 15th July
• Friday 17th and Sunday 19th classes are on as usual ✨
